While "True Detective" took viewers deep into the heart of the scary parts of Louisiana, perhaps we were all watching so intensely that we missed the episode where Marty and Rust went to Paris. But that's why DVDs are so great, because you can catch up on the parts you missed....

....or in this case, imagine the parts that never happened. Jezebel has come across a rather glorious bootleg DVD cover for "True Detective" and there is no shortage for how amazing it is. Promising "FULL FRONTAL ACTION" (hot), the cover amazingly places Matthew McConaughey's head on Brad Pitt's body from "Killing Them Softly," and then pastes him with Woody Harrelson in front of a backdrop of about one thousand explosions all at once, including one at the Eiffel Tower. It's like "True Detective" as directed by Luc Besson or Michael Bay. Check it out below.

They're actually in Vegas. That's Paris Las Vegas behind Woody, with its Eiffel Tower replica, and Planet Hollywood is behind Matthew. True Detective in Vegas... actually doesn't sound like such a bad idea:)

Actually, Rust did refer to being in Paris in one episode, so it's.... kinda accurate.
