The Black List script penned by Aaron Guzikowski (“Contraband”), revolves around a small-town carpenter named Keller (Hugh Jackman) whose young daughter and best friend are kidnapped. After the cops fail to find them, Keller takes the law into his own hands, but in the process runs up against the big city detective (Jake Gyllenhaal) assigned to the case. No word yet on Davis' role. Paul Dano and Melissa Leo round out the cast, with an early 2013 start booked for the movie that will drop on Septmeber 20, 2013.
Next, one of our fave rising Brit actresses, Imogen Poots, continues to add to a busy slate (she just joined "Need For Speed" with Aaron Paul) by banking a role opposite Zac Efron in "Are We Officially Dating?" Co-starring "True Blood" star Deborah Ann Woll, the Black List script penned by Tom Gormican (a producer on the upcoming comedy omnibus "Movie 43"), who will also direct, centers on three buds in New York City who vow to stay single, but each wind up falling in love.
