With Jonathan Levine’s adaptation of the YA novel “Warm Bodies” arriving next weekend, the marketing machine is beginning to kick into high gear. The actors have been busy doing press, but for those you folks that live online, the studio has released six new clips online along with some new posters.
The film plays with zombie genre and tells the story of the romance between the undead R (Nicholas Hoult) and lovely Julie (Teresa Palmer), all while her dad (John Malkovich) is leading a campaign to wipe out these very creatures from the Earth. These six clips give us a snapshot of the movie (including what appears to be pivotal moment) and allows us to spend a bit of time with the leads, as well as the always winning Analeigh Tipton as Julie's friend Nora. And oh yeah, there's Dave Franco too.
The studio seem to be confident with this one, starting early screenings for the press last week. That means we'll get a reaction on “Warm Bodies” soon but in the meantime, check out the clips below along with four propaganda-style posters for the zom-rom-com. “Warm Bodies” shuffles into theaters on February 1st.
