Sometimes the most exciting thing in a movie isn't the CGI spectacle, big setpieces or A-list stars looking glamorous—sometimes, it's simply the dialogue delivered by two engaged, invigorated actors that can provide all the fireworks you need. And that's the case for Neil LaBute's latest "Some Velvet Morning."

And that's the case for Neil LaBute's latest "Some Velvet Morning."

Starring Alice Eve and Stanley Tucci, the picture is a mostly single location, two-character piece, that follows Fred who arrives at the doorstep of his beautiful young mistress Velvet after four years apart, finding his attempts to rekindle their romance are rejected when the dark history between the former lovers comes into focus. And in this exclusive clip, we see the testy nature of their relationship come into full view, along with some of the issues that bubbling beneath the surface.

And here's an extra treat for New Yorkers: There will be a Q&A on Friday night with Neil LaBute following the 7:15pm show at Village East, and a Q&A with Alice Eve and Neil LaBute on Saturday night following the 7:15pm show at Village East.
