Bring the earplugs, prepare the fake bronzer, and you might want to do some ab crunches—"300: Rise Of An Empire" is coming and it's gonna make you feel bad about that winter spare tire you've put on around the belly. The sequel to Zack Snyder's dudes and yelling flick "300" is imminent and a pretty decent taste has been unleashed.

Six clips, and a featurette focused on the villains has landed online, and no big shocks here. Expository dialogue? Yes. Overwrought delivery? Yup. Slow motion? You got it. CGI backdrops? No doubt. Perhaps the one reason to keep an eye out for this thing is Eva Green, who looks like she's having a ball biting into this material, chewing it up and relishing every bite. Swords will clang, bodies will heave and blood will splatter elegantly—can't really argue the approach to duplicate what worked last time.

"300: Rise Of An Empire" will make you seasick on March 7th.
