Remember "Low Winter Sun"? Yeah, that didn't quite work out, but luckily for AMC, they've got a few more cards up their sleeve to replace the now finished "Breaking Bad," and the soon to be finished "Mad Men," as the next big hit on the network. And what's most intriguing to us is "Halt And Catch Fire."

Highlighted in our feature End Of The Golden Age? 12 Shows Hoping To Be The Next "Breaking Bad", this one features a pretty great ensemble of character players—Lee Pace, Scoot McNairy, Kerry Bishe and Mackenzie Davis—with the story set in 1983, in Silicon Prairie (Texas' answer to Silicon Valley), following the adventures of tech start-up during the early days of the computing boom. Will it be too niche of a premise to find a wide audience, or just quirky enough to gain a following? We'll see, but we dig the first teaser trailer enough to give it a look.

"Halt And Catch Fire" premieres on June 1st. Watch below.
