Following the English trailer, which dropped a couple of days ago, along comes a new French-language version with some key differences. First off, it employs a new voiceover, with Olga Kurylenko practicing her French to narrate, with some snippets of dialogue included. It also features some different footage and edits as well for those looking to soak up more of Malick's imagery in the movie. As for the movie, you likely already know it's about a dissolving relationship between an American (Ben Affleck) and his European ex-pat wife (Kurylenko), complicated by a childhood love (Rachel McAdams) entering the picture. But it also ponders if we're truly capable of loving wholly and purely in a world that's literally and spiritually polluted.
"To the Wonder" opens in the U.K. on February 22nd and in the U.S. on April 12th. Watch below.

I was going to say, we live in a time of cynicism and insincerity, of course the hip 20 or 3o somethings are going to make jokes. But you addressed that right away. Can't wait for the movie!
