10 Essential Cinematic AntiheroesA brand new poster has arrived and pretty much sums up Hannah as a whole with the tagline: "Almost getting it kind of together." Meanwhile, more deleted scenes have hit the web following the one dropped last week, and they confirm a lot of good material didn't make it into the half hour episodes (and it further underscores our argument that "Girls" would be great at 40 minutes and "The Newsroom" at 30 minutes, but that's another discussion....) Anyway, in this scene from the Wall Street Journal (because financial types love "Girls"?) we get some more time with the excellent Alex Karpovsky as Ray when Hannah joins him at his coffee shop job.
You can check out further deleted scenes at EW and Vulture, but they aren't embeddable so you'll have to go there to watch 'em. "Girls" returns on January 13th. New characters posters below as well.

I love this show so much, but I can't defend it at all when people bag on it for all the usual reasons. It's like, I've hated movies/TV shows for those same exact reasons before, but this show transcends all of that for me and I don't know why or how.
