You know it's coming, so all we can do at this point is wait for Spike Lee's "Oldboy" to arrive, to see how he approaches the remake of Park Chan-Wook's film. But the movie has given the marketing department an interesting premise to play with, and they've certainly taken the ball and run to the end zone.
As you probably already know, the plot kicks off when man is mysteriously released after being held for twenty years against his will. And these new promo posters have fun with the concept, highlighting the various historic events he missed out on while locked away. But before you get to those, a new featurette talks with the director and the cast—Josh Brolin, Elizabeth Olsen, Michael Imperioli—with everyone EPK-excited for the movie.
"Oldboy" hammers you in the skull on November 27th.
