What do you get when you put together twelve directors, way more stars and producing power of Peter Farrelly? Well, it's "Movie 43" a portmanteau of comedy that looks like it'll be wearing it's R-rating with pride. And a new red band trailer has dropped to let audiences know just what on Earth they'll be getting into.

What do you get when you put together twelve directors, way more stars, and the producing power of Peter Farrelly? Well, it's "Movie 43" a portmanteau of comedy that looks like it'll be wearing its R-rating with pride. A new red band trailer has dropped to let audiences know just what on Earth they'll be getting into.

One of the most talked about shorts revolves around Kate Winslet and her blind date with Hugh Jackman, in which a very surprising peculiarity comes forward. "In this [short], Kate Winslet's on a date with Hugh Jackman, and she finds out he has quite a funny and strange birth defect — during dinner," Peter Farrelly told EW recently, while keeping the big reveal mum. "It's a blind date. It's her trying to navigate the waters."

Meanwhile, Anna Faris' entry also delves into risque waters. "Chris Pratt, meets the perfect woman [his real-life wife Anna Faris], the modern day Donna Reed," he explained. "She's sweet, she's kind, and she just has this thing: she wants him to poop on her." From superheroes to at a speed dating event, to a couple making up in a supermarket with the loudspeaker on and more, "Movie 43" pushes the envelope...right off the table.

Brett Ratner, Elizabeth Banks, Mike Judge, Bob Odenkirk, Steve Baker, Damon Escot and more direct the segements with folks like Emma Stone, Halle Berry, Terrence Howard, Gerard Butler, Kristen Bell, Chloe Moretz, Josh Duhamel, Johnny Knoxville, Elizabeth Banks, Naomi Watts, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Richard Gere, Justin Long, Liev Schreiber, Uma Thurman, Seann William Scott, Kieran Culkin, Leslie Bibb, Jimmy Bennett, Kate Bosworth, Patrick Warburton, Tony Shalhoub, Chris Pratt, Jason Sudeikis, Jack McBrayer, Aasif Mandvi and Bobby Cannavale providing the laughs.

Check out the trailer below—did it work for you? "Movie 43" opens on January 25, 2013.
