These days the concept of a demo tape, that you play for people and give to record executives has greatly changed. Firstly, you don't even need any kind of physical media because you can get your stuff up on any number of streaming sites. And hell, who even needs record execs when you can set a download price and hustle your record yourself, while cutting out the middle man who'll take most of your money anyway? But, you'll have pretend that getting signed is a still a pretty big deal to roll with "Begin Again."

Starring Keira Knightley, Mark Ruffalo, Catherine Keener, Hailee Steinfeld, Mos Def and James Corden, and directed by "Once" helmer John Carney, the movie follows a newly single British expatriate, who gets discovered at an open mic, and is given the chance of a lifetime by a famed record producer, who is also looking boost his own flagging career and personal life. It's pretty conventional stuff, but the cast is charming enough as evidenced by this new clip.

"Begin Again" opens on June 27th. Watch below. [Flicks And Bits]
