Watch: Liam Neeson Gets Taken In New International Trailer For 'Taken 2' Which Reminds You It's A Sequel To 'Taken'

"Listen carefully to me Kim, your mother and I are going to be taken." BOOM. That's pretty much all you need to know about Liam Neeson's continued career as an ass-kicker in "Taken 2," which has dropped a new international spot with a few brief new snippets of action excitement.

To recap, the film is a followup to the surprise smash hit "Taken" but this time around it's Liam Neeson who gets taken, with his bdaughter (Maggie Grace) tasked to help retrieve him from the men who have, uh, taken him. Rade Serbedzija plays the bad guy whose sons got wasted by Neeson the first time around. But as he explains, he only killed them because they had taken his daughter, which in the context of these mindless films, seems pretty reasonable. And then lots of stuff happens which makes you wonder why Bryan Mills would choose to vacation in Istanbul in the first place. We hear Hawaii is nice...

Anyway, "Taken 2" drops October 5th and is probably exactly what you'll think it will be.
