10 Essential Cinematic AntiheroesSo, McConaughey reprising his iconic high school girl loving character of David Wooderson from "Dazed & Confused"? Fuck yes. That it's in service of the pretty tepid "Synthesizers" song by Butch Walker And The Black Widows is a bit disappointing, so too is the fact that they don't give him much to do but party in a club (really?). Guess the budget for this video was fairly small. But until that long talked about "Dazed & Confused" sequel "That's What I'm Talking About" gets off the ground (if it ever does) this will have to do, we suppose.
Anyway, give it a spin below. And in case you're wondering, Richard Linklater approves. [via THR]

Is this a cover of Dexys Midnight Runners' "Come on Eileen"? C'mon MAC, you can do better!
