That's right, another day, another piece of "Prometheus" and while our instinct is to turn off the internet until we see the damn thing, we can't help but continue to look at what is one of the summer's most anticipated films. And this latest glimpse isn't just a brief snippet of new footage -- it's a whole new scene.

Premiered last night on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno," this sequence shows Michael Fassbender's android David holding back on some info from Charlize Theron's Meredith Vickers. It seems as we've long suspected, that David has some motives of his own, directives that may not fall in line or directly clash with those of the crew of Prometheus and Weyland corp. themselves. It's yet another shade to the movie that continues to intrigue and we're seriously excited to see the whole thing.

Luckily, the wait won't be too long yet. "Prometheus" opens internationally on June 1st and domestically on June 8th. Watch below. [via SuperHeroHype]

Is it me or did the acting seem a little stiff in that clip? It looks as if both are looking through one another, not at each other: their eyes aren't scanning each other's faces.
