If "Iron Man 3" being just under a month away is still too long of a wait for you, Marvel is easing the pain for fans, as this week they dropped their delayed Marvel Phase One box set in stores. As the name implies, it contains all the movies you know and love from Marvel thus far, along with a host of extra goodies. So far we've seen a healthy preview of Phase Two, but today, some new clips from Phase One have surfaced.
Some new deleted scenes from "The Avengers" along with an alternate ending for "Iron Man 2" have popped up online. The deleted scenes are mainly just odds and ends filler stuff, most of it unfinished, and certainly not as revealing as the alternate opening that Joss Whedon ultimately scrapped. But still they're worth a glance we suppose. Meanwhile, the alternate ending to "Iron Man 2" is kind of embarrassing (even for that movie) and a good reminder that Whiplash was probably not the best choice of villain to start with.
