The well-oiled Marvel marketing machine has a number of now familiar steps. With "Guardians Of The Galaxy" trailer dropping very late tonight, the comic studio, as per tradition, unloaded the first official images from the movie yesterday, and this morning have dropped a super brief teaser for the trailer.

Being fifteen second long, of course there isn't much to really comment on, except that it looks like money has clearly been spent on James Gunn's film, with the VFX heavy preview promising an otherworldly adventure, with the focus on Chris Pratt and not on the walking tree or talking raccon (though we'll see more of them tonight). Meanwhile, Marvel doesn't want you to forget that "Thor: The Dark World" hits home video next week and will be packaged with "All Hail The King," a new short chronicling the further adventures of Ben Kingsley's Mandarin who is now behind bars. And the clip from the Drew Pearce directed effort is pretty amusing stuff.

Watch both below and stay tuned this evening for the complete "Guardians Of The Galaxy" trailer.
