Watch: Red Band Trailer For Michael Bay's 'Pain And Gain' Awesomely Goes After A Twisted American Dream

Oh sure, we like to rag on Michael Bay, but considering that it's been eight years since he's made a non-"Transformers" movie, it's also become rather easy. Perhaps we've forgotten he's the same dude behind the immensely popular popcorn spectacles like "The Rock" and "Bad Boys," but no worries, because he's coming this spring with a whole new arsenal of his usual toys in what looks like a movie directed by a can of Red Bull. In other words, it looks sorta awesome.

A three minute red band trailer has arrived for "Pain And Gain," which paints the based-on-a-true-story movie about some bodybuilders and their kidnap-and-get-rich-scheme as a twisted take on the American dream. And indeed, Bay's American dream features no shortage of stacks of cash, hot babes, hotter rides, midgets, severed toes, trash talk and sexual innuendo in what looks like a steroid infused ejaculation of everything the director is known for. This will either be stylistic overkill, the best time you'll have at the movies this year or something fascinatingly in between. All we know is, we can't wait.

Get pumped and bring the Raisinets on April 26th. Watch below.
