Best Night Ever (skip crop)

If you wondered who North America's answer to Uwe Boll was, it has to be the duo of Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer. The twosome actually broke into the industry pretty respectably as the scribes behind the first "Scary Movie," but have since circled the drain as writer/directors of increasingly half-baked, low-budget efforts like "Meet The Spartans," "Disaster Movie," "Vampires Suck" and more recently, "The Starving Games." Yet, somehow they keep convincing people to give them money to make movies and/or know how to use tax rebates because they already have another turd on the way.

The red band trailer for "Best Night Ever" has dropped and it's about as lazy and dumb as you might expect. A ripoff of "The Hangover," "Bridesmaids" and "Spring Breakers," this found footage thing follows four young women having a wild and wacky bachelorette party. Yawn. It's the kind of movie pretty much designed to make money by curious people trying to find something to watch at 3 AM on VOD on a Friday night. It mostly makes us wonder, when people ask Friedberg and Seltzer what they do for a living, do they actually admit to making stuff like this?

Anyway, watch below. And no, we're not sure why this is being marketed as from the producers of "Paranormal Activity" and "The Conjuring" either. [Ultra Culture]

They also have a Fast and Furious spoof Superfast in the pipeline.

I hate everything about this but I specially want to point out how much I hate it when they remove the head rest on cars so that the camera (shooting from the backseat) has a better view of the actors or the people that want to be actors in the case of this POS.

Jason Blum is a producer. That's why they get the "honor " of saying it's from the producer of "Paranormal Activity"

Probably also "Project X" and "Bachelorette." (Why did I watch this?)
