Fast foward to 1999, and Roy E. Disney brought it back to life, with French animator Dominique Monfréy tackling the project based on the original storyboards. The result? Well, you can take a look below. It tells the story of Chronos and his love for a mortal women. little factoid:
Disney resurrected the project because per Dali's contract, the studio didn't own any of his original artwork if they didn't complete the film. Thus, this version allowed Disney to bank on his art.
