10 Essential Cinematic AntiheroesWe're not going to bore with the plot details, because in a movie like this it doesn't really matter. Basically all you need to know is that it's New Conan Vs. Rocky, the end. A clip from the movie is here to give you a taste, with a brief look at a brawl inside a pretty gross-looking bathroom. We'd love to comment on the fighting skills but we're still dizzy from what seems like 1,000 different cuts alone in this 30-second span. If the task at hand was to make sure you didn't see too much of Sylvester Stallone and/or his body double, mission accomplished.
All that said, we did see it at the Rome Film Festival and our man on the ground sort of liked it somewhat, saying, "...it is extraordinarily silly on almost every level, but we remember the '80s, and it was genuinely fun to head back there for a while." So maybe on half price night with a smuggled six-pack? Sounds about right.
"Bullet To The Head" opens on February 1st.
