It’s an great look at what was beginning of a streak of bad luck that has seemingly haunted Gilliam his entire career, leading right into his infamous attempt at “Don Quixote” over a decade ago. The rest of the release is just as great, including a gorgeous new transfer of Gilliam’s director’s cut along with two other versions of the movie, including the studio's 90 minute "Love Conquers All" cut, an attempt to make the film more mainstream.
