10 Essential Cinematic AntiheroesFrom previous trailers and story info, we know Ifhan's Dr. Connors to be very much a part of Oscorp's checkered past, but this newest clip from “Amazing Spider-Man” seals the deal regarding just in which way. Set to some pretty overbearing Horner-score, it still displays some nice acting touches from Ifans, who's clearly relishing the foreboding aspects of his character. First reviews from the U.K. have been generally kind to the film, but those in the U.S. will have to wait until July 3rd to fill in the 5 minutes they haven't seen yet. And in case you need more an IMAX spot and an Oscorp featurette have also arrived.
Over to a different clip that knows exactly its marketing intentions, regardless of what the final film may be, enjoy Channing Tatum strutting his stuff on-stage in “Magic Mike,” while love interest Cody Horn looks on with amazement/betrayal. We recently found the film to be compelling enough, calling it “an entertaining and expertly paced film about male stripping that is about more than just stripping, dealing with universal issues like work and age and money and sex,” so look forward to that when the film opens June 29th. Wow... that Spider-man clip was AMAZING....ly bad. James Horner seems to be trying to drown out all the dialogue with his wonky score & was it me or was the other guy reading cue cards over Rhys Ifans shoulder at the end of the clip?
