10 Essential Cinematic AntiheroesThe featurette is the latest installment of the great SoundWorks Collection series, which delves and focuses on various films’ sound design. Like the other installments, this video contains fascinating information on the project, mainly its focus on maintaining a “hyper real” feel on the sound by sculpting and sourcing the effects from material actually recorded by people on the ground in Pakistan. There’s also talk about the insane work that went into making sure that all the sounds were accurate, like researching the environment around the settings for any native animals, railroads or any signifying auditory landmark. If you’re a fan of the film, the video is well worth the look.
