But basically, the prospect of MacLaine and Maggie Smith giving weekly acting lessons is enticing enough to make us want to catch up with the last two seasons and dive into the third. However, television networks like to pretend that piracy doesn't exist and old models of delivery still work, and thus "Downton Abbey" will first air overseas in September on ITV before landing on PBS in January.
