The year 2013 may have flew by fast, but not if you’re a fan of the Coen Brothers. The first trailer for “Inside Llewyn Davis” dropped this past January, then the film had its first private screening the following month, and then made its festival premiere at Cannes in May. Since then, unless you’ve been lucky enough to see it during its festival run, you have had to wait throughout the entire calendar year to catch a glimpse of this film. Thankfully, a whole boatload of promotional materials have just been dropped so you can keep yourself occupied until the film finally lands at a theater near you.
The materials include two clips from the film, a U.K. trailer, and a wealth of interviews from the cast and crew of the movie. This includes talks with the Coen Brothers, Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, Justin Timberlake, and even the film’s cinematographer Bruno Delbonnel. The two clips from the film do not give much away, but it does give you a taste of Adam Driver’s character, as well as John Goodman’s. A mean-spirited John Goodman character in a Coen Brothers movie just sounds right for some reason, doesn’t it?
You can catch all the clips below, and if that is not enough for you, “Inside Llewyn Davis” comes out in limited release on December 6th, and will expand nationwide on December 20th.
