There are Hollywood dream jobs and then there is working at Pixar. Granted, we've spent some time recently picking on them a bit with these features -- The 5 Worst Things About Pixar and From Worst To Best: Ranking The Pixar Movies -- but we'd wager there are probably few places in Hollywood where you're given the freedom to create with less restraint than this animated studio. It's still viewed as an imagination wonderland and a place where many budding craftspeople want to work, and now there are a few tips to keep in mind if working there is a life goal.

IGN recently chatted with "Monsters University" director Dan Scanlon and producer Kori Rae, and they shared their advice for anyone want to walk through Pixar's doors. And the number one rule seems to be: passion. As they point out, you might be an introvert, but if you have a good idea and can communicate, those are great assets. Anyway, check out all of their tips below. "Monsters University" is in theaters now.
