While set pics from "Knight Of Cups" have been notable for revealing various new additions to the cast including Wes Bentley, Imogen Poots, Freida Pinto and Teresa Palmer, it looks like the latest video and image to be captured reveals the movie may share a musical connection with Malick's other picture he's shooting this year, the formerly titled "Lawless." As you might recall, that movie has already done some kind of shooting at Austin City Limits last fall and SXSW this year, with bands like Arcade Fire, Fleet Foxes, The Cult and Neon Indian all featuring in some way. Now you can add one of the biggest DJs in the world to the mix.

Now you can add one of the biggest DJs in the world to the mix.

This past weekend, Oakenfold spun at Lure Hollywood in Los Angeles, and Malick, Bale and the rest of the team was there to film and the DJ himself has upload a quick video of the actor standing by the decks. No word yet of Bale dropped the needle himself on any tunes. Oakenfold revealed the shoot was for "Knight of Cups" tweeting (with some spacing challenges): "Big Thank u Terrence Malick and Christian Bale for last night. Good luck with ‪#Batman‬ ‪#KnightofCups‬"

How will this play into the narrative? Is Malick a secret house music fan? Does Bruce Wayne endorse glo-sticks? So many questions. Check out the video below, ecstasy not included. [image courtesy BaleHeadsBlog; thanks to Neil for the tip on the video]
