Watch: Some Staticky Clips From 'Paranormal Activity 3'

So, here we go again. The "saga" of "Paranormal Activity" continues next month with the third installment in the found footage franchise that is pretty much "America's Funniest Home Videos" with the volume jacked and invisible hands moving shit around.

So, here we go again. The "saga" of "Paranormal Activity" continues next month with the third installment in the found footage franchise that is pretty much "America's Funniest Home Videos" with the volume jacked and invisible hands moving shit around.

Anyway, to help get you prepared, a few clips have hit the interwebs and even though they are half static, they should stoke the fires of horror fans. This time around "Catfish" directors Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman are behind the camera for the quickie prequel (production only started in June) that will tell the tale of Katie and Kristi when they experienced the hauntings as children in 1988. Not explained is how they managed, even as young ones, to capture this all on camera. Anyway, nothing new here -- it's pretty much the exact same thing you saw in the previous movies, but promises to make an assload of cash regardless.
