It has been a helluva run for "The Descendants." The return for filmmaker Alexander Payne not only earned critical raves, but it did remarkable business at the box office taking in over $150 million worldwide. And the industry sat up and took notice too, with the film earning numerous honors on the award circuit include a Golden Globe victory for George Clooney and Spirt Award wins for the screenwriters (Payne, Nat Faxon and Jim Rash) and newcomer Shailene Woodley. The picture also went to the Oscars where it took home a statue for Best Adapted Screenplay as well.

If somehow amongst all that you missed "The Descandants," the good news is that it arrives on DVD later this month. The even better news is that we've got 2 copies to give away for some lucky readers. Based on the book by Kaui Hart Hemmings, the film centers on a wealthy Hawaiian man who after the tragic death of his wife, goes on a road trip with his two daughters to find the man she had been sleeping with. At the same time, he's overseeing a land deal that could change the Hawaiian landscape forever. And for those of you who are fans of the book, we've included a helpful study guide below that should be helpful in spurring some discussions with friends about the film.

So, how can you win a copy of "The Descendants"? Email us, your name, address and the name the ABC series Shailene Woodley featured in before starring in the film. Good luck!

Update: Contest closed, winners will be contacted via email. Contest open to residents of the United States and Canada. "The Descendants" arrives on BluRay and DVD on March 13th.
