You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet: New Trailer For 'The Watch' With Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn & Jonah Hill

It was just yesterday that we were wondering when 20th Century Fox was going to get the marketing ball rolling on "The Watch," the comedy starring Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, Jonah Hill and Richard Ayoade. The tragic killing of Trayvon Martin made selling a movie about a rogue neighborhood watch crew a bit difficult for the studio, but this healthy, lengthy international trailer for the movie shows they could have a comic hit on their hands.

The best decision the studio makes is in putting the alien invasion part of the storyline out here because as it turns out, it seems like just another element for this comic quartet to riff on. We kinda wondered how these four would play together, but they seem to be doing just fine, each getting room to breathe and play. Basically, if you've enjoyed Stiller, Vaughn and Hill improvising and talking nonsense in the past, this looks like it will deliver more of the same, which is frankly just fine by us. And it looks like Ayoade is making the most of his biggest exposure to U.S. audiences to date. Plus the whole alien thing is treated with the silliness it deserves in a movie like this, so what the hell, we're on board.

Akiva Schaffer ("Hot Rod") directs, and the movie lands on July 27th. Watch below. [ComingSoon
