Moving on... thus far everyone involved in "Man Of Steel" has remained cagey about what happens after this movie is inevitably a massive hit, with conversations about "Justice League" and sequels remaining coy for the most part. But it's not as if director Zack Snyder and company aren't laying down some groundwork. There are already rumors kicking about that Lex Luthor makes an appearance somewhere in the movie (we'll get to that in a second) and at the very least, the LexCorp logo has already been glimpsed on a building in the trailer. And it looks like another bit of branding in the movie tips its hand at another DC Comic character...
“The Wayne Enterprises logo is on a satellite that Zod destroys,” Zack Snyder told Omelete (via Collider). Oh damn. Of course, the inevitable next question that followed was whether or not Batman and Superman were going to team up in any future movies, and as always, Snyder remained tight-lipped.
“I don’t know. Everything is interesting at this point. And don’t forget that Lex is out there, doing who knows what…,” he said, which at very least suggests that should "Man Of Steel Rises" or whatever happens, you can probably bet good money Lex Luthor will be a major player.
Thoughts, opinions? You know where to go. "Man Of Steel" arrives on June 14th.
