The children of Marlon Brando returned to obscurity more than $2 million richer on Thursday, when Christie's at Rockefeller Center auctioned off just about everything but the carpet from Brando's Los Angeles home.

Brando's shooting script for The Godfather raked in over $300,000--only about 20 times more than the $15,000 at which its value was originally estimated--while a photo of Brando bedding down with a kinda-hot Rita Moreno (see right) went for $48,000.

And what of Brando's foosball table and Health-o-Matic scales, as referenced earlier this week by The Reeler? $5,400 and $2,640, respectively. Like a dollar per pound or something--totally reasonable.
