Holdover 'Think Like a Man' Beats Four Weak Newcomers as Weekend Takes Box Office Dive

The overall weekend box office took a dive as four new wide releases hit theaters-- but not one cracked the $12 million mark or placed better than second. With an estimated total of $111 million from all films, down some 30% from a year earlier, it could turn out to be the lowest-grossing weekend of the year.

Sundance London: Paul Simon, Unrepentant After All These Years

The Cannes Fest has appointed Brazilian filmmaker Carlos Diegues as president of the Caméra d’or jury which picks the best first feature from the Cannes programme.
