Check out the teaser poster for Andrew Dominik's "Killing Them Softly," the director's second collaboration with Brad Pitt (after "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford") which screens tomorrow morning in Cannes. You can also check out a clip below, and a second one featuring Pitt from the Cannes opening ceremony. The Weinsteins release the film September 21.

But the competition Cannes line-up for 2012 leans on American indies, boasts two star-studded Australian pick-ups from Harvey Weinstein, two stars from "Twilight," and no women directors. Hillary Johnson's Hollywood Satire 'Shooting Stars' Hits Amazon, Bookstores

"Shooting Stars," a Hollywood mystery satire from Dymaxicon Press, just went up on Amazon. The page-turner hits stores April 1. It's the funniest Hollywood novel I've read in a long time, up there with the likes of the two Peters, Farrelly and Lefcourt.
