Batman Sets April Start, Powerhouse Ensemble Joins John le Carre Film

Michael Caine has revealed to Digital Spy at the Inception premiere (see below) that the new Batman will begin shooting in April. It's not the first time Caine, who plays Alfred the Butler in the Chris Nolan series, has spilled information about the franchise. A few years ago he said that Johnny Depp and Philip Seymour Hoffman would be playing The Riddler and the Penguin, respectively. Although those rumors have come and gone, more are taking their place, including Inception star Joseph Gordon-Levitt as the Riddler. Not a bad idea.
