David Michôd's "The Rover" is a hot ticket, not surprising given his knockout feature debut was 2009's "Animal Kingdom," and that he'll be directing Guy Pearce (also in "Animal Kingdom") and Robert Pattinson in the follow-up this winter...

"Animal Kingdom" was director David Michôd's startlingly good feature debut, so his follow-up, "The Rover" is one we eagerly await. Guy Pearce (who played a cop in "Animal Kingdom") is reteaming with the director and Robert Pattinson is on board to share in the Australian desert-set Western...

Stewart Talks Becoming a Vampire and Getting Sexy in 'Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2'; Preview of 'The Host'

At the Comic-Con "Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part II" (November 16) press conference and panel, it became clear that Kristen Stewart was doing all the talking--as Rob Pattinson happily listened. She had watched all her co-stars play vampires through three films. But she wanted to do it in her own way.

Cannes Review Round-Up: David Cronenberg's "Cosmopolis" with Robert Pattinson

If anything, judging from Cannes critics, David Cronenberg's "Cosmopolis" is a faithful adaptation of the Don DeLillo source material. The consensus is that Cronenberg keeps his fierce and trim style, despite striving to stay true to the novella.

Cannes Market 2012: Pattinson's 'Mission'; Brosnan & Wilson's 'Coup'; Colfer's 'Lightning'; Cooper's 'Out of the Furnace'; SXSW's 'Frankie Go Boom'

Myriad projects across a range of budgets and genres will be announced and shopped at Cannes. But while some are completed, others are in earlier stages of development and may never see the light of day; having the right talent attached will help get them sold in territories around the world and get the coin necessary for the green light.
