Check out the new trailer for David M. Rosenthal's "A Single Shot," which premiered in Berlin earlier this year and stars Sam Rockwell as a Southern hunter who finds himself at the center of a terrible and then deadly accident. Jeffrey Wright ("Source Code"), Kelly Reilly ("Flight"), Jason Isaacs ("Inside Llewyn Davis"), Ted Levine ("Shutter Island"), Melissa Leo and William H. Macy also star.

Fox Searchlight, which snapped up Ben Lewin's "The Sessions" (formerly "The Surrogate") at Sundance for $6 million, holds high Oscar hopes for film, which stars John Hawkes as journalist and poet Mark O'Brien, who is afflicted with polio but wants to have sex. (Think "My Left Foot.") Searchlight is pushing the film into the Oscar race at Toronto, as it did Oscar-winner "Slumdog Millionaire."
