BAFTA Los Angeles announces Alan Cumming will return for the fourth time to host the 2012 Britannia Awards on November 7 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Among the gala event's presenters are Steven Spielberg, Harrison Ford and Josh Gad. Proceeds from the evening will support BAFTA LA's ongoing education, scholarship, outreach and archival projects.

“It's 15 years since I first came to Hollywood and what better way to commemorate that than to be hosting a celebration of the best of British AND Tinseltown," says Cumming. "I'm excited to see old friends and raise a few glasses to the best in our business – and be a bit mischievous too of course.”

Among this year's awrd recipients are Daniel Day-Lewis who (the Stanley Kubrick Britannia Award for Excellence in Film presented), Daniel Craig (the Britannia Award for British Artist of the Year), Quentin Tarantino (the John Schlesinger Britannia Award for Excellence in Directing), "Book of Mormon"'s Trey Parker and Matt Stone (the Charlie Chaplin Britannia Award for Excellence in Comedy) and video game designer Will Wright (the Albert R. Broccoli Britannia Award for Worldwide Contribution to Entertainment).

This will be the first time the Awards are broadcast on BBC America in a two-hour special on November 11.
