Thompson on Hollywood
Creepy children (in the pinafore-dress style of the twins from The Shining), innocent yet terrifying. Creaking Victorian House, dusty mechanical toys with minds of their own, and blood-splattered wall-paper--oh my!

That's what you get in CBS Films' teaser trailer (below) for period thriller The Woman in Black, starring Daniel Radcliffe, who clearly felt compelled to return to the tortured English countryside to save it from mystical misfortune. Radcliffe plays a young lawyer who is sent to a secluded village where he sees a mysterious woman in black. James Watkins directs the film adaptation of Susan Hill's bestselling thriller, which arrives in theaters February 2012.
