"A Royal Affair"
Set in 18th-century Denmark, the film looks at a lusty affair between the Danish queen (Alicia Vikander) and the king's physician (Mikkelsen). Mikkel Boe Folsgaard, who took home the top acting prize at Berlin, plays the cuckhold king.
