DGA honored Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu for his commercial "Best Job" on Saturday night. The Mexican filmmaker behind Academy-Award nominated "Babel," "Amores Perros," and "Biutiful" made the commercial for Procter and Gamble. It weaves vignettes about parents supporting children in sports as a lead-up to Olympic victories. See the lovely 120-second tearjerker below.

I think they need to see a mom making her kids study and then having them accepting the Nobel Prize 60 years later.
