In the Works: Paul Feig Likes Channing Tatum for Gay Romantic Comedy UPDATED

Paul Feig is one cool guy. The director of hits "The Heat" and "Bridesmaids" recently spoke with Cinema Blend, revealing that he's working on a gay romantic comedy with Channing Tatum attached to star. UPDATE: Not so fast, counters Vulture. Tatum was just pie-in-the-sky casting.

Hollywood Wake-Up Call: Where Are the Women in 2013 Summer Movies? (GRAPHS)

As we've already observed, it's not a great summer for women in the movies. And now, Vulture's Amanda Dobbins has the graphs to prove it. The percentage of movies featuring one woman in a co-starring role, more than one woman in a co-starring role, and a woman in a starring role has noticeably gone down in 2013 wide-release summer films, as compared to the last few years.
