Jezebel Pays $10,000 for Unretouched Images from Lena Dunham Vogue Cover Shoot, Dunham Responds

Yesterday afternoon, hell-raising feminist blog Jezebel offered $10,000 for un-Photoshopped pics from Annie Leibovitz's Vogue cover shoot of HBO "Girls" creator Lena Dunham. Within two hours, they got their way, but now Dunham has chimed in.

HBO Makes News at TV Critics Panel

HBO brought a raft of star power to the opening day of the winter Television Critics Press Tour (TCA) Thursday afternoon, presenting Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson, stars of the brooding Louisiana-set crime series “True Detective,” which premieres Sunday, along with Mark Ruffalo, Julia Roberts and Taylor Kitsch from the cast of HBO movie “The Normal Heart” and quite a few others.

Pre-Sundance Fest, Open Road Replaces Acquisitions Chief

Just ahead of the 2014 Sundance Film Festival, AMC and Regal-owned indie distributor Open Road Films is replacing Ben Cotner, its departing senior VP of acquisitions, with new executive vice president of production and acquisitions, Peter Lawson. He'll have a chance to check out the Sundance world premiere of competition doc "The Case Against 8," which Cotner co-directed.
