At this point, we know the list of Guild frontrunners: Black Swan, The Fighter, Inception, The King's Speech and The Social Network, the five dramas nominated by the America Cinema Editors. Left off are the movies that are vying for inclusion on the Oscar top ten, some of which landed in the comedy or musical category, which was far more enlightened than that of the Golden Globes: Alice in Wonderland, Easy A, The Kids Are All Right, Made in Dagenham and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.

On the animated side, Despicable Me continues to show strength as the third suspect behind Toy Story 3 and How to Train Your Dragon. Documentary frontrunners Inside Job and Waiting for Superman were joined by Banksy's Exit Through the Gift Shop in a category of only three. Thus Restrepo and Client 9: The Rise and Fall of Eliot Spitzer didn't make the cut.

The ACE feature nominations are the most Oscar predictive of all the guilds. Full list of nominees here and below. The ceremony will take place on February 19 at the Beverly Hilton, where Christopher Nolan will get the ACE Golden Eddie Filmmaker of the Year Award.
