A first bit of footage has arrived for the prolific Michael Winterbottom's fictionalized account based on the Amanda Knox case and trial, "The Face of an Angel." Daniel Bruhl ("Rush," "The Fifth Estate") and Kate Beckinsale star. The currently in-production film hits the European Film Market later this month. Check out the 30-second video below.

A detailed plot synopsis of the film, which is inspired by journalist Barbie Latza Nadeau's investigative book "Angel Face: Sex, Murder and the Inside Story of Amanda Knox," is over at Variety.
