Fantastic Fest 2013 has announced its second wave of programming. More genre goodies are included in the updated program, like Ari Folman's Cannes entry "The Congress," starring Robin Wright, "Sightseers" director Ben Wheatley's "A Field in England," Jeremy Sauliner's "Blue Ruin" and more. Fantastic Fest 2013 has announced its second wave of programming. More genre goodies are included in the updated program, like Ari Folman's Cannes entry "The Congress," starring Robin Wright, "Sightseers" director Ben Wheatley's "A Field in England," Jeremy Sauliner's "Blue Ruin" and more. Fantastic Fest takes place in Austin, TX, running September 16 through 26 at the Alamo Drafthouse Lakeline.
