Thompson on Hollywood
Steve Buscemi won his first Golden Globe for his lead role as Nucky Thompson in HBO's Boardwalk Empire. "I love going to work every day," he says. Well-deserved. And the show also wins best TV Series Drama. It's the most elaborate and expensive series of the nominees. Much as I love it, I prefer Madmen.

A few thoughts Anne: I wonder if Ricky G. will be invited back next year to host. Downright hysterically funny, but arguably a little too nervy for the uptight industry room which couldn't digest Chris Rock as an Oscars host.
