Over at NPR, the soundtrack to Baz Luhrmann's Cannes opening night film "The Great Gatsby" has been made available for streaming online. No surprise: it's a melange of contemporary hip hop and trendy pop music from the likes of Jay-Z, Beyonce, Lana Del Rey, Florence and the Machine and more.

Wednesday night, "Gatsby" premiered at the Lincoln Center for Performing Arts in NYC, with the film's stars studding the red carpet -- lined, no less, with a Tiffany backdrop -- in a lavish event of excess and bacchanalia.

Listen to the soundtrack here and view the live stream of the premiere below. "Gatsby" hits US theaters May 10 before the opening night international gala on the Croisette on May 15.
