There's movement in the Hollywood publicity world.
Academy of Motion Arts & Sciences publicity executive Christina Kounelias moves over to Participant Media, run by Participant founder and chairman Jeff Skoll and new CEO David Linde, to whom Kounelias will report as of March 28. And veteran publicists Joy Fehily and Michael Donkis are bringing their Prime PR staff over to PMK-BNC, reporting to Co-Chairman and CEO Cindi Berger. Fehily left PMK in 2009 to launch Prime, while Donkis left corporate PR at talent agency Endeavor.
Previously, Kounelias held senior marketing and communications posts at Warner Bros. and Fox Broadcasting as well as indies New Line and Miramax.
For their part, Fehily and Donkis are joining PMK•BNC as Executive Vice Presidents, establishing a new Entertainment Strategy and Development department for the firm.
