Lionsgate label Summit Entertainment has added Catherine Zeta-Jones and Byung-Hun Lee ("G.I. Joe: Retaliation") to the cast of the inevitable sequel to action-comedy "Red."  Bruce Willis, John Malkovich, Mary-Louise Parker, and Helen Mirren will return for "Red 2."

Dean Parisot will direct the second installment from a screenplay by Erich and Jon Hoeber ("Battleship"), who wrote the script for the original "Red."  Summit announced a relatively similar plot for the sequel: "'Red 2' brings back the team of retired CIA operatives as they use their old-school style to take on a new set of enemies all across Europe."  It's scheduled for release on August 2, 2013.
